Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss from the Brilliant Bugs and our 8th grade buddies!
We started off with a fun snack of muffins and juice in the Anchor Center.
Then, went back to our classroom to make Cat in the Hat hats.
Then we read favorite Dr. Seuss books together.

This is why I don't teach Middle School! Here I am with some of my first Brilliant Bugs - they are now in the 8th grade and are all taller than me. Yes, someday (probably very soon) your child will be taller than me too!
Oh, please don't go - we love you so!
